*Refund/Exchange Policy: Simply Thick Boutique has a strict NO REFUND policy. However, you will be allowed to exchange your item ONLY IF your item is damaged . You must send the item back that you would like to exchange. The item MUST be in the same condition that it was sent to you.
*Shipping Policy: Once you receive your order confirmation, you should allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided with your order. All shipments will be sent out through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive at your address.
